Thomas R. Bank, II, AIA, LEED AP®, of Simply Stated Architecture, P.C. has three decades of Structural and Architectural Design experience with firms in the greater Harrisburg area.

Project experience includes both new Construction and Renovation for a variety of Commercial, Ecclesiastical, Educational, Governmental, Industrial, and Institutional Projects as well as Residential Projects.

Melding his experience with Historic Restoration and Renovation as a member of the Association for Preservation Technology International with Sustainable Principles as a LEED Accredited Professional along with Accessibility Design in Hospital and Care Facilities and a strong technical background from Construction and Engineering experience, Thomas seeks to bring a holistic design approach to meet human, ecological, and economical needs.

PTN - Preservation Trades Network

The Preservation Trades Network non-profit membership organization founded to provide education, networking and outreach for the traditional building trades. PTN was established on the principle that conservation of the built environment is fundamentally dependent on the work of skilled people in all of the traditional building trades who preserve, maintain and restore historic buildings, and build architectural heritage for the future.

NCARB - National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification

NCARB certification facilitates reciprocal registration among all 54 NCARB Member Boards, 11 Canadian jurisdictions, and can be used to support an application for registration in other countries. Although certification does not qualify a person to practice architecture in a jurisdiction, it does signify that an architect has met the highest professional standards established by the registration boards responsible for protecting the health, safety and welfare of the public.
