Architectural team member working with 3D modeling, construction documents, and product research for the renovations to the 30,000 square foot Althouse Hall which includes office space, classrooms and common spaces. Project is a USGBC LEED® Gold Certified Project and includes ADA upgrades including the installation of a new elevator.

Project architect for a 15-unit multi-family apartment complex constructed on a wooded, four- acre lot, yet providing access to public transportation, shopping, banking, churches and recreation and offer supportive services to the tenants, individuals with chronic or severe mental illness.

New Paradise Elementary School, Pequea Valley School District, Paradise, PA (2)
Project Architect during design development for a new $20.5 million 89,000 square foot LEED Gold educational facility incorporating rainwater harvesting for grey water systems, geothermal heat source, and daylighting measures. Services included three dimensional computer modeling of spaces during programming meetings with school district and coordination with energy modeling consultants and consulting engineers to integrate design initiatives.

Market Square Presbyterian Church, Harrisburg, PA (1)
Project manager for an ecclesiastical renovation project to the historic 150 year old church in downtown Harrisburg including a new main entry foyer to the church with coatroom and restroom facilities, adaptations to bring accessibility to the main areas of the church, new nursery and classrooms, new office space, and new sanctuary lighting that required the integration of access ways through the original timber structure below the roof of the main church building.
